ADULT BALLET FITNESS
A class for everyone working on Ballet fitness, using the barre, floor and centre work for toning and strengthening the body with Ballet steps and movements.

ADULT TAP
Beginners – For those who simply want to give Tap Dancing a go!
Tappers – For past tappers who would like to get those Tap Shoes back on and enjoy tapping once again.

Tuesday Evening

Adult Tap (Beginners and Tappers)  7.00pm - 7.45pm

Adult Ballet Fitness  7.45pm - 8.30pm

Wednesday Evening
