Charity Cabarets
CHARITY CABARET – October 2022
After 4 years we were able to reinvigorate our wonderful Charity Cabaret.
Most of the students having never done a Cabaret before were very excited to perform in the round for friends and family at our event held in Stock Brook Manor on Saturday 22nd October.
We raised money for the charity ‘Wipe Away Those Tears’ a local charity which aims to grant a wish and bring a sparkle into the lives of terminally or seriously ill children in Essex.
Well done to everyone involved!
CHARITY CABARET – October 2018
Our senior students had a fantastic time performing in the round in our Charity Cabaret at Stock Brook Manor on
Saturday 20th October 2018.
We raised an amazing £1990 for the charity ‘Wipe Away Those Tears’ a charity which aims to grant a wish and bring a sparkle into the lives of terminally or seriously ill children in Essex.
CHARITY CABARET – October 2016
We hosted our bi-annual Charity Cabaret on 22nd October 2016 at Greenwoods Hotel & Spa in Stock.
We raised £1329.61 for The J’s Hospice, which provides a hospice and respite care in Essex for young adults with life limiting and life threatening conditions.
CHARITY CABARET EVENING – October 2014
Alexanders had a very successful Charity Cabaret Evening on Saturday 18th October at Furze Hill, Ivy Hill Hotel in Margaretting, raising £1,729 for Little Havens Hospice in Rayleigh and £350 for Great Ormond Street Hospital.
Our senior troupe of 39 girls performed to an audience of just under 200 people.
CHARITY CABARET EVENING - October 2012
This was our very first Charity Cabaret event, a new and exciting experience for our Senior members of the school. We raised an amazing £1316.00 for Little Havens Children’s Hospice, Rayleigh.
This event took place at Stockbrook Manor, Billericay on Saturday 27th October 2012 in the Banqueting Suite.

Each year Alexanders School of Dance will continue to raise money for a chosen charity.
Little Havens Hospice Visit
NOVEMBER 2014
When we selected Little Havens as our chosen charity for our Cabaret in 2014 we were invited along for a visit.
We had a very memorable day, made to feel extremely welcome and it was an incredible insight to what this charity does for families with children who need respite and care.
Each guest to Little Havens was asked to decorate a butterfly and place it on the wall.
